1.Take fresh frozen milk

Soak frozen milk in the tub with water until the liquid flow during 1.5 - 2 hours until liquid, soaking should not be more than 3 hours because it will cause the milk is damage

3.Opening the milk packaging
- Make sure the milk condition does not agglutinate
- Clean the pack until really clean and dry
- Before heat, test the milk with alcohol with comparison 1: 1 cc
- Filter the milk with tea filter

3. Pasteurisasi (heating milk)
- The way to heat is same way with above. After reaching 80 degrees, shushed the milk until become 40 degrees.

4. Prepare bacteria
-Prepare the 2 types of bacteria, the lactobacillus bacteria Bulgaricus and Strephtillus Thermopillus. This bacteria can be found in the Center for Animal Husbandry.

5. Mixing bacteria with milk
Prepare milk in a saucepan, prepare the bacteria, and pour it with the comparison 3 liter milk: 1 tablespoon each bacteria. When mixing process, you must have a fire (you can use candle) between bacteria and milk. This is to kill and dissociate destroyer bacteria .

6. Incubation
After mixing, put milk into the incubator with a 25 watt electric light for 4 hours. Incubator can be made from cardboard / streoformbox

7. Storage
Enter the yogurt into the fridge until frozen

8. Ready to eat
Yoghurt more delicious if eaten with the sweet fruit.
