1.Take fresh frozen milk

2.Towhing
Soak frozen milk in the tub with water until the liquid flow during 1.5 - 2 hours until liquid, soaking should not be more than 3 hours because it will cause the milk is damage

3.Opening the milk packaging
- Make sure the milk condition does not agglutinate
- Clean the pack until really clean and dry
- Before heat, test the milk with alcohol with comparison 1: 1 cc
- Filter the milk with tea filter

3. Pasteurisasi (heating milk)
- The way to heat is same way with above. After reaching 80 degrees, shushed the milk until become 40 degrees.

4. Prepare bacteria
-Prepare the 2 types of bacteria, the lactobacillus bacteria Bulgaricus and Strephtillus Thermopillus. This bacteria can be found in the Center for Animal Husbandry.

5. Mixing bacteria with milk
Prepare milk in a saucepan, prepare the bacteria, and pour it with the comparison 3 liter milk: 1 tablespoon each bacteria. When mixing process, you must have a fire (you can use candle) between bacteria and milk. This is to kill and dissociate destroyer bacteria .

6. Incubation
After mixing, put milk into the incubator with a 25 watt electric light for 4 hours. Incubator can be made from cardboard / streoformbox

7. Storage
Enter the yogurt into the fridge until frozen

8. Ready to eat
Yoghurt more delicious if eaten with the sweet fruit.

HOW TO MAKE BANANA CRISPY FRITTER

In Jakarta, the famous banana fritter are Pisang Goreng Pontianak because it’s more crispy than usual.

Now, I try to give you the recipe to make your banana-fritter more crispy.

INGREDIENTS:

MATERIAL:
1 bunch of bananas (“pisang uli”)
1 ½ lt of cooking oil.

DYE MATERIAL:
125 gr wheat flour
¼ tsp salt
250 ml water
1 tbsp corn flour
1 ½ tbsp sugar flour

CRUMB MATERIAL:
1 lt water
240 gr rice flour
45 gr sago flour
1 tbsp salt
20 gr brown sugar, fine-scarred.
2 yolks

PREPARATIONS:
1. Cut the banana in 2 pieces or more from top to bottom.
2. Stir all the dye material. Mixed average.
3. Stir all the crumb material. Mixed average
4. Heat the oil. Pour one soup spoon of crumb dough. Let it float. Reduce the flame. Collect the crumb.
5. Put banana to dough of dye material. Put it n the crumb material until the crumb cover-up the bananas.
6. Fry until cooked.

TIPS: - Better you use 2 frying pans with hot cooking oil. The first frying pan for the crumb material and the second one to fry until cooked.
- You must make sure that the cooking oils are really hot so the crumb material can float.
- After the crumb material are floating, reduce the flame so it won’t dry quickly.

Merry Christmas for you who celebrate it!

I’ve been busy in these couple days.  But now, I start to write again…

In this post, I’ll give you a secret to enjoy a glass of cappuccino with a different way!

CAPPUCCINO FRIED STRAWBERRY

The coffee freakier familiar with cappuccino taste, the community of this hobby is spread over the world (coffee freakier). Cappuccino is the combination of chocolate and coffee, the unique taste make cappuccino loves by those who consume a coffee or cappuccino. Today, cappuccino is performing not only as an original taste (chocolate and coffee) but also they combine it with other stuffs.

So, what I’m going to do is make a recipe of cappuccino, combined with some of strawberry and chocolate cream. You can drink it in the morning or in the evening.

Below is the recipe:
- Prepare a cup of coffee place;

For the sake of cappuccino dish:
- Melting two spoonfuls of margarine in the frying pan.
- Cut 5 strawberries, it is a tiny cutting (don’t forget to wash it ),
- fried strawberry in the frying pan until taste aromatic.
- Then put it in the cup and pour the cappuccino over the strawberries.
- Last, add white chocolate cream on the top of cappuccino,
and you may give a cherry above the cream.

The taste of cappuccinos strawberries is delicious though for the first time you will feel bit of strange with the taste. The combination creates between fried strawberry and cappuccino make you feel fresh. Since strawberry contain of Vitamin C and the white cream give you another sensation taste. If the recipe is already done, present it with some biscuit and have a great time with cappuccino fried strawberry.


CAPPUCCINO BRO’

INGREDIENTS:
- 200 grams of margarine
- 400 grams of milk cooking chocolate, cut.
- 225 grams of sugar
- 6 eggs
- 1 tsp of baking powder
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 50 grams of milk powder
- 100 grams of cherry, cut.
- 300 grams of wheat flour
- 150 grams of cashews, fry without oil and chop it. Take a few for poured.
- 2 sachets of cappuccino mix (25 grams). Pour boiling water.

PREPARATION:
1. Fry margarine with milk cooking chocolate. Stir until melt and wait until cool.
2. Meanwhile, stir eggs and sugar until lumpy. Put wheat flour, baking powder, milk powder, mixed average. Give cherry and cashews. Mixed average.
3. Put margarine with milk cooking chocolate dough, salt, and cappuccino. Mixed average.
4. Pour the dough into the baking pan that has been smeared by margarine and base by bun paper.
5. Put it in oven for 45 minutes.

Ready to dish!

GLASS HOUSE CAKE

INGREDIENTS:

CAKE:
- 360 grams of margarine
- 300 grams of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp of baking powder
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1 tsp of cinnamon powder
- 2 tsp of ginger powder
- 2 tsp of layer cake flavor
- 600 grams of wheat flour
- 200 grams of almond powder
- Transparent candy, pound rough.

ICING:
- 2 eggs white
- 400 grams of sugar flour
- 2 tsp lime, take the water.

PREPARATION:
1. Stir margarine with sugar. Add baking powder, layer cake flavor, ginger powder, salt, eggs, and cinnamon powder. Mixed average.
2. Pour wheat flour, sieved, and mixed average. Also add almond powder and mixed average.
3. Mill the dough until ½ cm thickness. Make a small house form with windows and door and put it in oven until 15 minutes.
4. Pour the transparent candy and put it again in oven until 10 minutes.

HOW TO MAKE ICING:
1. Stir egg white until half swollen. Add sugar flour and stir again until swollen. Add lime water and mixed average.
2. Divide in many parts, give coloring, mixed average.
3. Put icing into syringe and spray above the cake. Put it in oven for a while until dry.
