Many people want skinny but without sports. They do not like sports but must do so this will be considered as torture. But for the slim, we need to do some efforts.

Here are some tips to get slim without exercise:
1. Don’t think negative!
Without we realize, thought often control our body. So, don’t think about belly bulge or can not eat chocolate. Instead, imagine yourself svelter, more in shape, and healthier. The real clue is, the more you feel confident to achieve.
2. Add consumption of fresh vegetables
Did you know that most women who want to reduce the weight of experience often decrease magnesium? Actually, magnesium useful to change food into energy, not become fat. Therefore, consumpt more fruits and vegetables fresh. Try also to more often consume grain or wheat.
Cooking too long tend to eliminate the essential nutrients in food. Too often eat overcooked cuisine that will also make the stomach and limfe easily disturbed.
3. Eat the same portion of each day
Consistent matter in income per day calories is very important. Rarely to reduce the system will only lighten the body’s metabolism in the short term, and thus can increase fat mass and decrease muscle metabolism network in the long term. If you feel obesity and difficult to lose weight, you need to understand this news. Around 30 surveys conducted in 7 countries with a population large enough to indicate that obesity is closely linked with less sleep either on children or adults. This is because the two key hormones produced at night, a function that is set appetite hormone Leptin and hormone Grehlin.

Hormone leptin produced by network of fat and managing fat deposits while grehlin make people hungry, slows metabolism and decrease the ability of the body to burn fat.

Less sleep (2-4 hours) cause the loss of hormone leptin and increasing hormone grehlin. A high grehlin and low leptin ratio causes the body to store excess calories, resulting in weight gain.

Some researchers recommend that children aged below five years old should sleep for 11 hours or more a day, children aged five to 10 years old should sleep for 10 hours or more and children aged above ten years should sleep nine hours a day.

 

 

VACATION TO WHICH COUNTRY?

If there is a question, “which country do you want to go to spend a holiday?”, what will be your answer?
I certainly will answer “Japan”.

Why Japan?
1. Japan is a country in which one side is very advanced, but on the other hand still traditional (the culture). So, in Japan, we can see the two sides at once. Tokyo, with his modernity and Kyoto, with the traditional culture.
2. I want to see unique things in there (makeup, goods, appearance), especially in Ginza. Those things are only exist in Japan!
3. Feeling the cultural lunch under the Sakura trees. Romantic looks like. That is one more thing that maybe only exists in Japan.
4. Expecting to Disneyland and Disneysea there. Small time, I have a dream to go to Disneyland in the world. If I go to Japan, it means I can visit one of the five Disneyland in the world. In addition, Disneysea  also only one in the world.
5. I want to go to Mount Fuji … I don’t know why, but it seems beautiful to me …
6. I love Japanese food… :D
7. Last, but not least: I like Japanese boy…! hahahahaa

CRAB WITH SALT EGG

The most favorite food for me is crab with salt egg. Actually, I do not like eating crabs (difficult to eat and not efficient), I often prefer to eat other than the crab. But I will eat crabs, if there is a person who wants to peel it for me. :P


Finally, because of the incessant promotion from my friend, I wan to try eat crab in salted egg. :D
He said, it is only one in Bali, and may be in Indonesia.

However, it’s really taste good…. Slurp … The crab such as cooked in “Padang” sauce, only this sauce are made from Salt Egg. The taste of Salt Egg is very significant. Even my sister orders it twice.

A week in Bali, I go to the restaurant twice.

Because the taste is unforgettable, each time I go to a seafood restaurant, I always look for Crab Egg Salt. But this kind of menu rarely exists in Indonesia. Even if there is a restaurant that pairs banner with this menu, I would stop to go there. But they prepared it very different with what I want. The crab cooked with flour mixed salted egg. 

Now, every time I have a holiday to Bali, the first thing that I think is going to restaurant “Bali Nikmat” to eat that …

Bali .. Oh Bali… I miss your crab with salt egg…


MY FAVE KOREAN RESTO

In Indonesia, is not easy to find a good Korean restaurant but still can reach our pocket. (It seems this applies not only to Korea only restaurant, but also Japanese, etc.) Usually, the more inexpensive restaurants, the meat and vegetables that we eat are not fresh.

I’m not vegetables lover, but I like the Korean food because the unique taste and of course, the kimchi.

After around often enough to Korean restaurants in Indonesia,
I invited my friend to Charcoal 22.

My first impression of this restaurant is about the service. It is satisfactory. One table get one waitress. The waitresses are also very friendly. They were willing to explain the menu that we do not understand. In addition, they also are willing to grill it for us! So, my friends and I only eat!

The most important thing is meat and vegetables in there are also very fresh!

When the time came to pay, my heart beat faster! Fear of expensive :P. Understandably, we order the food that is very much to stomach it seems almost explode.

Halleluiah! In fact, the price is only around USD 20 per person. I called its cheap because the foods are fresh and services are also satisfactory.

When this review is written, I have eaten there for 2 times… and of course will be there again when I want to eat Korean food!
